2015 is all about strength and courage for our children! This year, we return to the communities we met last year – to host more Children’s Fairs, but also train community leaders and local partners to run their own child-centered activities. What better way to reach more children, than to build our network of trained partners?
Last year we visited eight different communities, collaborating with local teachers, volunteers, and mothers to bring a story of hope to thousands of children. This year we are excited to see them again!

LET HOPE ARISE!
This 2014, let hope arise! We’re bringing a celebration of hope to eight different communities across the Philippines, to celebrate our Children’s Fair’s eighth anniversary!

—— Buhay Makulay loves Abuyog, Letye! On May 16, 2014, the Buhay Makulay Children’s Project Inc. in partnership with Morning Star Ministries, invited 500 children from the town of Abuyog, Leyte, for a day of play and discovery! We brought our Buhay Makulay Children’s Fair to the little ones of Leyte! Our special guests were children from three different barangays, including host barangay Balinsasayao, whose covered basketball court was the site of our joy-filled activity for the day. This Children’s Fair was the fourth of eight Buhay Makulay fairs happening all over the Philippines this year. View our full report here: 2014-Report on Abuyog, May Or request for it via email at email@example.com ——- Follow our adventure as we share our vision of a colorful life for children everywhere! We start with filipino communities hit hard by Typhoon Yolanda in November 2013. Check out the video of our Children’s Fair in Daanbantayan, Cebu. This was our second stop in our tour of 8 nationwide locations this year. What a beautiful day by the shore with 100 children and volunteer mothers from the community. Many thanks to Vice Mayor Gilbert Arabis of Daanbantayan for leading us to this community. We hope to see you all again soon! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=69fxmLJu2r8
